The Kejriwal government launched the “Free Bus Travel Pass” initiative on Wednesday as a Labor Day present to all construction employees in the national capital. The proposed programme will assist construction employees in reducing their costs associated with work-related travel within the city, it said. Bulldozers to run in Shaheen Bagh, Okhla soon The first phase of the demolition drive by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) began on Wednesday. The first phase of the anti-encroachment drive will cover from May 4 to 13. Encroachment from roads, illegal constructions will be demolished and letters have been written to south and south east DCPs.
