Property tax: Big relief to house owners in unauthorised colonies The SDMC has provided a big relief to the tax payers of residential and non-residential properties falling in unauthorised colonies, said Mayor Mukesh Suryan. The civic agency has rolled out an amnesty scheme under which owners of residential properties will get waiver off from property tax prior to 2021-2022 by making payment of one financial year (2021-2022).
