Delhi imposes night curfew from Monday as Covid cases increase From Monday (December 27), night curfew will be imposed in the national Capital. The decision was taken following rapid increase in Covid with the city on Sunday recording 290 fresh cases. The curfew will begin from 11 pm to 5 am. DEVELOPING REPORT
Covid positive cases, which for all these days were under 100, have suddenly seen an increase in their numbers. On Saturday, December 25, the national Capital reported 249 new cases. It was a 38 per cent increase compared to the previous day. One death was also reported, according to the health bulletin. In December, Delhi has seen six deaths from Covid. The city saw 180 new cases on Friday.
