    Watch: Area’s ‘top cop’ visits Batla House

    Watch: Area’s ‘top cop’ visits Batla House

    A top cop of the area visited Batla House on Tuesday evening, according to residents. Okhla Market Association General Secretary Md Waseem said due to rise in pick pocketing cases, the association decided to install mikes and loudspeakers in the area to alert visitors to the market about being on alert and stay safe during their visit.

    He said ACP Vijaypal Singh Tomar interacted with the members of the association who discussed burning issues with the police official, including that of mushrooming e-rickshaws in the locality and other issues. The issue of fire and how to respond to it was also raised during the meeting, he said.
