    Mayor takes stock of civic amenities being provided in Sarita Vihar

    Mayor takes stock of civic amenities being provided in Sarita Vihar

    Mayor Mukesh Suryan, along with Additional Commissioner A A Tazir, Deputy Commissioner Radha Krishan and local area councilor Neetu today inspected Sarita Vihar Ward to take stock of civic amenities being provided by the SDMC. Neetu’s husband Manish Choudhary was also present.

    The Mayor interacts with Sarita Vihar residents

    Mayor, while visiting various parts of the ward, asked to ensure sanitation services in the area. He also asked to give focus on narrow streets and dhalao ghars while ensuring sanitation of the area. Suryan also conducted a surprise inspection of SDMC Primary School at Jasola Vihar and ensured that all arrangements are proper at the school. 

    During the inspection Mayor took part in a meeting with RWA of A-Block, New Friends’ Colony where he discussed Property Tax.

    The Mayor also discussed upkeep and maintenance of parks in the area.

    He also visited Herbal Park in Sarita Viharand and met with the office bearers of local RWA and heard their issues patiently.

    He also asked officials to ensure beautification, upkeep and maintenance of parks in a proper manner. The Mayor said to ensure development of the area, a meeting has been conducted with the RWAs.

    He said development of the area will be ensured based on suggestions & feedback of these RWAs.
