    Expedite developmental works, say newly elected Gahlot, Tulsi in SDMC

    Rajdutt Gahlot was on Monday elected to the post of Standing Committee Chairman in SDMC. He was congratulated by Deputy Mayor Subash Bhadana, Leader of House Narendra Chawla and a large number of councillors, including standing Committee Members in the presence of BJP MP Pravesh Verma.

    Gahlot said he will try to fulfil the expectations of citizens of SDMC and expedite all the developmental works pending due to corona pandemic.

    He will focus on desilting of drains and prevention and control of water related diseases. Gehlot said focus would be on making the South Body self reliant so that all COVID related works and development projects can be completed without any hassles.

    Tulsi Joshi, councillor from RK Puram  was  also unanimously elected to the post of Deputy Chairman Standing Committee.

    Gahlot is a councillor from Kakrola Ward. He was earlier elected as a Deputy Mayor. He contributed substantially for the development of rural areas and unauthorised colonies.
