    Moonis recovers from Covid, returns home after 11 days, family heaves a sigh of relief

    Muhammad Moonis, field hockey coach at Jamia Millia Islamia, and a well-known alumnus, has recovered from Covid-19.

    He told the OT a few minutes ago over phone that he came back to his house in Jamia Nagar two days ago and is feeling better.

    After being tested Covid positive days ago, he was hospitalised to Holy Family Hospital where he underwent treatment for 11 days. After getting treatment for days, he said his condition has improved.

    “I had 80 per cent double pneumonia infection and my CT scan score was 21 out of 25,” he said.

    The whole family had tested Covid positive, however, his wife and daughter recovered by staying at home, he said.
