    Councillor Nitu’s hubby Manish tests Covid positive

    Councillor Nitu’s hubby Manish tests Covid positive

    Councillor Nitu’s husband Manish Chowdhury is Covid positive.

    “For the last two days I was getting low grade fever. Today my Covid report has come positive. I request all those who met me to get their test done. Please take care of you and your family members,” said Manish.

    In the last few days Delhi has seen increase in Covid cases with the city registering  17,335 new Covid cases and 9 deaths.

    Many political leaders in Delhi have tested Covid positive. A few days ago, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that he has tested positive for Covid-19, adding that he has “mild symptoms” and was isolating at home.

    He tweeted: “I have tested positive for Covid. Mild symptoms. Have isolated myself at home. Those who came in touch wid me in last few days, kindly isolate urself and get urself tested.”

    BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Tuesday said he has tested positive for Covid-19.

    In a series of tweets, he said: “Could not attend the Uttarakhand-Rudrapur campaigning yesterday as I was not feeling well from January 2 night. I have tested positive for Covid-19. Taking precautions, I had isolated myself yesterday only.”
