Prof. Atiqur Rahman, Department of Geography, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia, has been appointed as Chief Proctor and Incharge (Security) of the university with effect from 16-06-2022. He will be replacing Waseem Ahmad Khan, who had taken charge of the position, in July, 2019, managing the show well, according to a source. It is understood that Khan is going on haj. It is not known yet whether the position is temporary or permanent.

MANUU extends last date for distance mode exams The Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has extended the date for submission of exam form for backlog papers of UG, PG, Diploma (Annual Mode) & Certificate courses from June 9 to June 12.
