Delhi sees 2 Covid deaths, 62 cases in last 24 hours India’s national capital on Friday witnessed two deaths due to Covid after a gap of three weeks, according to data shared by the city health department. It said the city saw 62 fresh cases as the positivity rate rose to 0.12 per cent in the last 24 hours. The death toll due to the coronavirus infection in Delhi rose to 25,093. It was on October 22 when the last Delhi reported death. The city had seen total four deaths in October and five in September.

‘Fire damages giant 50-year-old tree at Okhla Head’ A tree thought to be about more than fifty years old has been damaged in a fire that broke on Sunday night, according to a resident. No casualty was reported as the blaze was doused in a few minutes with minor damage to the shop very close to the tree, said a resident.
