    Sadaf, Inshal, Fazal share top slot with 97.86% in Class 10 Board results of Jamia

    Jamia Millia Islamia has declared the result of Class 10 (regular) today. Out of the total students assessed approximately 50 per cent were boys and 50.41 per cent were girls. A total of 99.03 per cent students cleared the exam. The result is available online at http://jmicoe.in.

    First position was shared by one girl and two boys –Sadaf, Mohammad Inshal and Rehan Fazal with 97.86 per cent marks respectively. Md Akhtar Raza with 97.57 per cent of marks secured the 2nd position.

    There was a tie on the third position between Tasmiya Rehman and Nida Fatma as both secured 97.43 per cent marks.

    A total of 563 students secured 1st division with distinction and 116 secured simple first division. Out of the 563 students who secured 1st division with distinction, 303 were girls and 260 were boys.

    Jamia Vice-Chancellor Prof. Najma Akhtar congratulated the toppers and wished them a bright future. She said that those who missed to secure top positions by a few numbers should not be disheartened and work hard for the competitions and challenges ahead in life.

    She hoped that these students would bring laurels to the Institution and the nation.

    Prof. Akhtar appreciated the efforts of the Registrar, Jamia Prof. Nazim Husain Jafri, Deans & other faculty members who worked tirelessly for the smooth conduct of the exam.

    She also appreciated the efforts of the staff members of the Controller of Examination Office for timely declaration of results.
