    Video: Danish’s childhood, passion for photography! His close friend gives insight

    Danish Siddiqui, who died on Friday in Afghanistan while on the line of duty, and laid to rest in Jamia Millia Islamia graveyard on Sunday night after his body arrived from Afghanistan on the same day.

    Danish’s childhood friend Atib, also his next door neibhour, who grew up with the Pulitzer-award winning photojournalist, gives insight into his passion for photography and more.

    Danish’s father Akhtar Siddiqui is a retired Professor from Jamia. And residents said Danish’s grandfather came from Barh in Bihar to settle in Delhi where Danish was brought and studied. He was working with Reuters at the time of incident.
