“People were not getting ambulances and we were moved by reading articles and watching videos on the social media about overcharging. It was after which we decided to launch free ambulance service. We converted an Eeco car into ambulance. Actually we took it on rent on Rs 25 thousand per month. Also, we have hired two drivers on Rs 15,000 each per month. This money was raised by our NGO Khedmat and we want to serve people,” said Arham Siddiqi.
