The e-rickshaw driver said a few days ago when he was plying on pothole-ridden Abul Fazal Enclave-Kalindi Kunj road, he suddenly saw a biker flew in the air after his bit hit a pothole.

The biker was driving ahead of me and suddenly his bike turned turtle and he flew in the air hitting the ground and got injured, said the e-rickshaw driver while recalling the incident.

He was lying on the road and people surrounded him with nobody coming forward to his rescue until he said he stopped his e-rickshaw and put the biker on his vehicle and took him to the hospital. Many people at the hospital thanked me for my work, he said while talking about potholes on the road for years and nothing being done to fix it. The injuries were not life-threatening, said the e-rickshaw driver.

This is not one incident reported from the area. A few days ago, this portal had reported about a Noor Nagar resident, who had sustained serious injuries, after his bike at Kalindi Kunj had hit a pothole on the road.
