He is being rewarded with 1 lakh rupees and an opportunity to earn industry-recognised digital credentials on future-focused skills as well as a two- month internship with Ernst & Young (EY) in a service line of his choice.

The EY Scholarship programme recognises and rewards students with entrepreneurial spirit through a business case competition.

The EY Scholarship 2021 has received more than 11,000+ registrations from across the country. The top 50 participants were shortlisted for the final pitching round after a screening process. The top 10 winners were then finally designated as EY scholars.

The EY Scholarship can be applied by students pursuing undergraduate courses in any college in India. The scholarship program involves the submission of a “business case” on building a better working world. The business case can be for a for-profit or not-for-profit organisation, a statement on the EY Scholarship website read.

“I dream to build a better working world by performing towards climate action and youth leadership through innovations. I dream to lead as a sustainability professional. I dream to make this world a better place. I dream!” said Kaif.

Vice Chancellor Professor Najma Akhtar congratulated Kaif for the second important achievement and said it is his hard work and out of the box thinking that is bringing success not only for him but also giving good name to the university too.

Earlier Kaif was awarded with the prestigious The Diana Award 2021 for his exceptional contribution in changing the world with his Covid – 19 innovation— ‘Covid-19 Innovation Space Era’.
