Watch: Electric pole falls in Shaheen Bagh
An electric pole falls in Shaheen Bagh, according to Babar Khan. He said nobody got hurt in the Monday night incident.
After coming to know about it he said he and his team rushed to the spot. Babar had contested the MCD election on Bheem Army ticket from Abul Fazal Enclave-Shaheen Bagh ward.
Congress candidate Areeba Khan won in the election.
Babar said it is fortunate that nothing untoward happened. It is understood that the pole in front of a bank on Shaheen Bagh factory outlet road will be fixed soon by the BSES. The reason which led to the pole collapsing is not yet known, said residents.
In the video grabbed by Babar and shared by him, one can see the youth leader at the spot with his supporters.
