Okhla-based journalist loses sister to Covid-19
Okhla-based senior journalist AU Asif has lost his sister to Covid-19.
“My eldest sister Shahnaz Perween, 76, died of corona following a cardiac arrest at 3.45 pm today at Muzaffarpur Covid hospital. She was admitted to the hospital on November 12. She is survived by husband T Mujtaba, four sons and others, besides three brothers and two sisters. She will be buried at Muzaffarpur tonight,” writes Asif.
AU Asif is a senior journalist, who has worked in several national and international publications, including India’s well-known Urdu weekly.
