After SRK’s Pathaan gets blockbuster opening, his lookalike coming to Jamia Nagar

After Shah Rukh Khan’s film posted 60 per cent occupancy and poised to deliver Rs 50 crore-plus opening as reported by the media, on Okhla-based entrepreneur said SRK’s lookalike Ibrahim Qadri is going to visit his outlet in Batla House and Abul Fazal Enclave on Thursday.

Pointing out that Qadri, who has uncanny resemblance to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is going to visit his outlet Lazeez Pizza to taste his food, he claimed. When asked about the timing, the outlet owner said he will keep residents posted about it.

SRK’s Pathaan was at the centre of controversy with many giving a call for its boycott. The song (Besharam Rang) of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Pathaan has taken the internet by storm, for the wrong reasons.

Soon after the release, many Hindutva supporters started a hate campaign against the movie and its lead actors called #BanPathaan #BoycottPathaan, reported siasat.com.

“Social media is often driven by a narrowness of view making it divisive and destructive. Cinema brings to the fore humanity’s immense capacity for compassion, unity and brotherhood,” Shah Rukh Khan’s said while the ‘Besharam Rang’ controversy was blowing up.
