Intensifying its measures for improving ranking in Swachh Survekshan-21, SDMC announced to equip smart system in public toilets run by the civic agency. With the system, users of public toilets can give their feedback through QR code. Initially, the system is being equipped at public toilets located in South zone and then it will be expanded in other SDMC zones.

Deputy Commissioner of South Zone Dr Sonal Swaroop said with the facility at public toilets, we will go through actual feedback and experience of people using toilets and will be able to provide improved facilities.
