Watch: Jamia’s hotel management entrance exam on Monday postponed, aspirants speak
Several students who had come from far places, including UP, were stuck after the hotel management entrance exam was postponed. In a notice, the university said: “Due to some unavoidable circumstances, entrance test of Bachelor of Hotel Management (self finance)/Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (self finance) bearing code number B36 scheduled to be held on April 1 from 2.30 pm to 4 pm has been postponed.”
A notice from Controller of Examinations doing the rounds on the social media said: “Fresh date for entrance will be notified shortly. Applicants are advised to visit examination’s website of Jamia www.jmicoe.in for updates on the schedule of said entrance test.”
Jamia Registrar Nazim Husain Al-Jafri told the OT that the exams were cancelled due to rain.
