    Eid-ul-Fitr 2022 Mubarak! Namaz timings in mosques

    With moon being sighted on Friday, Eid-ul-Fitr 2023 is to be celebrated in India on Saturday. Preparations for the festival have begun across the country with residents in Okhla sending Mubarak messages to their friends and family members in the virtual world.

    India to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on Saturday as the crescent moon has been sighed today. Cloudy sky in Okhla made it difficult to spot the crescent moon in Okhla. The moon has been sighted today and Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in the country tomorrow, Lucknow Eidgah Imam Maulana Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali told news agency ANI. His video also surfaced in the virtual world of Okhla.
