Learning from the experience, Ashraf said he decided to write a book and thankfully it got published.

“The book is all about the first Covid wave in India when many were stuck in cities and photos of large number of migrants walking to their home are still afresh in our mind. It was then that I decided to write this book,” said Ashraf from his hometown in Bihar.

Ashraf, 21, told the OT over phone that he loved writing since his school time at Gaya. Born and raised in Gaya, Ashraf plans to write more books as his another book is also ready for print.

He said he raised the witch haunting of Tableeghis during that time in the media.
